1994年にソフィア・ウッドとともに、デザインオフィス、フライ・プロダクションを設立。ロンドンと東京を拠点に、ファビアンは主にデザイナー、イラストレーター、そして時にはフォトグラファーとして活動し、10年の間イギリスのロモ・アンバサダーをつとめてきた。彼のイラスト作品の多くは、過去20年の間に収集した画像に多くのインスピレーションを得たもので、風変わりだが魅力的なコラージュへと変化させ、それがノスタルジックだが現代的な作風となっている。

Since opening Fly productions with Sophia Wood in 1994, and promoting ‘Lomography’ in the UK for 10 years, Fabian has been working as, designer, illustrator and occasional photographer in London & Tokyo. His illustration work is inspired by an incredible collection of found imagery collected over the past 20 years. He rearranges them into weird & wonderful collages with a nostalgic yet contemporary touch.
