1981年イギリス南部に生まれ、Burnleyというイギリス北西部の小さな街で育ったイラストレーター/デザイナーのメルビンは、セント・マーティンズ校在学中から、Wallpaper、New York Times、The Guardianを始めとする世界各地の雑誌の仕事をこなしてきた。現在は、ロンドンを拠点に活動し、イラストレーション、インスタレーション、デザインをミックスした作品を数多く発表している。

Illustrator and designer Melvin Galapon was born in the South of England in 1981, yet hails from Burnley a small town in the Northwest of England. A recent graduate from Central St. Martin’s he has been able to build an impressive client list during his studies consisting of Wallpaper*, The New York Times, The Guardian and Howies to name but a few and has been featured in various magazines worldwide.

Galapon is currently based in London where he works on a prolific mix of illustrations, installations and design work.
